Responsibilities: - Perform general porter maintenance (trash pick-up) and minor repairs at shopping center exterior work - Conduct routine inspections - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Shifts are Mon-Sat 6:30 am to 12 noon Sunday 7 am to 12 noon Mon-Thurs 3 pm to 6 pm Fri and Sat nite 6:30 pm to 11 pm 2 days per week x 1 hr per visit: trash pick-up at Hutto Qualifications: -Experience preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability self supervise - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills and use of cell phone and computer if needed . -Must be energetic and able to work in most weather conditions and must be reliable -Ideally looking for long term employment - Must have a truck We offer competitive compensation .
