Qualifications • Spanish/English Bilingual required*** • Interview between 10-20 people a day and/or make 40-65 calls a day • Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary • Ability to build rapport with all employees • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter and motivated • Reliable and Responsible Responsibilities • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees • Promote new and existing business development through prospecting and account management • Assist in managing the timecard process • Managing a fast-paced/High volume recruiting portfolio • On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees • Daily use of Applicant Tracking System and written email communication • Accurately maintain employee files
