We run a small fleet of heavy goods vehicles across the uk, servicing local business with their transportation needs. The duties of the post will include but are not restricted to; -Creating and sending weekly invoices using Xero -Managing incoming and outgoing payments to and from our suppliers and customers -Receiving and responding to inbound email or telephone inquiries -Completing basic HR activities including payroll and holiday requests -Filing other administration activities Our ideal candidate will possess 12 months practical financial accounting experience, be highly numerical will have good communication and interpersonal skills. We are also looking for someone who is fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Xero is not essential as full training will be given. The post is for 15 hours a week, days and hours to be agreed with Mondays required. Pay is weekly with a pro-rata holiday allowance of 20 days per year (not including bank holidays). The expected start date is Monday 21st August, however we can be flexible depending on circumstances.
