The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time positive role model to help with our youth sports programs! This part time sports position starts at $15.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. DUTIES of a Youth Sports Program Coordinator Youth sports program coordinators should be available to work weekends to help facilitate practices and games. QUALIFICATIONS of a Youth Sports Program Coordinator Youth sports program coordinators m ust be knowledgeable in or willing to learn the sports of youth soccer, football, volleyball, and more as it relates to the position , work well with young people, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with parents and children.
