Workshop Claims Administrator Dover A GBP 25,000 : A GBP 30,000 + Company Pension + Discounted Diesel + Discounted MOT Are you a professional individual from a mechanical background with excellent communication and organisation skills and looking to join an established business where you can progress your administration skills? On offer is the opportunity to work in an exciting team with a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be creating and raising workshop job cards, invoices, and warranty claims in an efficient manner alongside liaising with the accounts department to ensure smooth operation, as well as booking MOTs. You will assist the vehicle technicians and collect and deliver customer vehicles on an ad hoc basis. This company have been established for over 50 years and specialise in the service and maintenance of cars and commercial vehicles. They operate a 24 hour call out service and are proud to be part of the MAN Trucks and Bus UK Network as the appointed agent for all of East Kent. The ideal candidate will have motor vehicle maintenance experience, alongside workshop administration or claims administration experience. They will possess good PC skills and be able to work in a fast: paced environment. Due to the location of the role, a full UK Driving license is required. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00 : 18:00, plus every fourth Saturday from 8:00 : 13:00. Westin Par values diversity and promotes equality.
