Job Summary: Are you ready to play a vital role in shaping our client's hiring and staffing programs? Join us as a Workforce Program Coordinator, also known as a Client Operations Consultant, and become an essential part of our mission to provide centralized workforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our Regional Account Manager, to ensure the seamless operation of our HR and client services functions, supporting both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Talent Solutions Delivery: Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate in the recruitment process, assist with new hire documentation, and facilitate the onboarding process. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external workforce program associates, from recruitment through the duration of their assignments, ensuring their staffing needs are met. Administrative Excellence: Ensure all administrative and timekeeping activities are accurately executed within the VMS employee management platform (SAP Fieldglass). Employee Support: Provide dedicated support and troubleshooting assistance to employees on all administrative aspects of their engagements. Reporting: Prepare insightful reports and presentations for both internal and external clients. Adaptability: Be ready to tackle other duties as assigned to meet the dynamic needs of the department and organization. Client, Program, and Supplier Management: Performance Excellence: Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met through proactive involvement in continuous improvement and service delivery. Effective Communication: Serve as a liaison and first point of contact for clients and suppliers to address daily operational challenges, escalating issues as needed. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer, employee, and supplier relationships through professional communication, consistent follow-up, and ongoing rapport. Problem Solver: Proactively.
