The candidate will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Must be a member State Bar of California.Additional Skills: The candidate must have a Bachelors and JD degree. Must have superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability. Must have excellent written and oral communication. Must have a commitment to proactive case management.
