This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to handle both Workers' Compensation cases and civil litigation matters related to personal injury. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney with strong attention to detail, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. This position provides a pathway for growth and professional development while contributing to the firm’s success.Duties:Represent clients in Workers' Compensation proceedings, offering expert legal advocacy.Conduct detailed legal research to analyze complex issues and develop strategies tailored to clients' needs.Actively participate in hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong client relationships to ensure favorable outcomes.Collaborate with legal teams to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strengthen clients’ positions.Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding the status of their cases and potential outcomes.Requirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.Licensed to practice law in the state of California and in good standing with the California State Bar.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze legal matters with great attention to detail and precision.Experience negotiating settlements and handling hearings is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership with the California State Bar.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.Paid time off and complimentary parking.Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the firm.
