We need an experienced Carpenter specializing in fabricating Wood Wall Panels and Trusses based in Markle, Indiana. The ideal candidate should excel in crafting unique wooden elements for various structures such as retirement communities, residences, and hospitality venues. Key responsibilities include shaping dimensional lumber into custom wood panels and trusses. Responsibilities:• Cut, assemble, and fabricate wooden panels and trusses according to blueprints and specifications• Operate power tools and other machinery safely and efficiently• Measure and inspect completed panels and trusses to ensure compliance with quality standards• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to customer specifications• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications:• Knowledge of reading and interpreting schematics• Familiarity with operating power tools and other machines• Providing a detailed and quality-oriented approach• Ability to work well with a group of people Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly About Company: We own and operate one of the largest truss and panel operations in the Midwest.
