The firm is focused on providing personalized legal services to clients in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in these areas and will work closely with clients to provide clear, effective, and tailored solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, dynamic team in a supportive environment.Duties:Drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.Advising clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes and protect their assets.Managing the probate process and trust administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Conducting legal research and staying updated on estate planning and tax law changes.Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide customized estate planning solutions.Representing clients in probate court proceedings, as necessary.Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to achieve clients' objectives.Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.Familiarity with conservatorships and business entity formation is a plus.Valid and active Bar license to practice law in California.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:California Bar membership (Required).Skills:Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate laws.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Effective communication and client management abilities.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and professionals.High level of organization and attention to detail.Job Location:Lemon Grove, CABenefits:Flexible work schedule.Paid time off (PTO).Collaborative and supportive team environment.Business casual attire.Opportunity for professional growth and development.
