iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission: Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Associate - VIE Contract (W/M) Target start date: 01/09/2024 Wellbeing Responsibilities: Contribute to Wellbeing projects impacting employees in North America and Globally. Assist with North America benefits vendor management and budgeting/invoicing. Develop and support Wellbeing communications/campaigns. Support initiatives to continuously improve benefits programs, policies, and tools. Participate in surveys related to benefits/wellbeing. Provide project management support and event coordination - managing logistics, meeting support, overseeing contracts etc. (e.g., support World Mental Health Global Event). Partner with the NA Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on benefits programming and communications. DE&I Responsibilities: Project Assistance with "A Million Conversations" such as: Engaging with students and gathering information from students as needed. Aid in the administration of contracts with universities. Working closely with Global DEI as needed to meet requests for information. Event Coordination Support such as managing logistics, meeting support, and overseeing contracts. Support for ERGs & DE&I Efforts, such as: Support in managing ERG expenses, invoicing, and budget tracking. Aid in maintaining and organizing the ERG calendar. Assist in collating data for ERG dashboards. Assistance with External Partnerships: Support in handling purchase orders, invoicing, and contract administration for external partnerships. Aid in scheduling check-in calls with external partners. Assist in administering event attendance records. Help in managing various orders, such as event merchandise and awards. Assist in communicating key information from external partners to relevant stakeholders. Support for DE&I Trainings and EEO Compliance: Assist in generating completion reports for EEO training sessions. Support training administration tasks, including testing and system management. Assist in ensuring compliance with learning management systems and processes. Key "MUST HAVE" competencies, skills & experiences : Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology or other related field. Fluent in English. Able to communicate effectively, great interpersonal skills. High interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Benefits and Wellbeing. Proactivity. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (data analysis skills). Project Management skills and experience would be a plus.
