Position: As a Weekend Therapist at The Edge Treatment Center, you will play a pivotal role in our therapeutic environment, contributing to our clients' growth and well-being. We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive community-focused environment.We are an excellent fit for a remote or private practice Therapist that is looking for additional work that is fun, in a group setting, and off of the computer. Key Responsibilities: Conduct therapy sessions for clients individually and in group settings, facilitating positive changes in their lives. Attend and actively participate in all weekend activities planned by the Weekend Activities team, ranging from cultural outings to physical activities and AA meetings. Monitor and track clients' progress and growth throughout the program, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting by Monday deadlines. Maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, adhering to ethical standards and boundaries. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with mental health and/or substance treatment industry, including 12-step terminology. Experience with KIPU Systems Client Management Software is a plus. Qualifications: Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California. CPR/First Aid certification. Valid Driver’s License. Negative TB test results within the past year. Ability to pass random drug screenings. Salary: Licensed Therapist: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Powered by JazzHR
