Join our high energy and collaborative team and truly make a difference every day! Weekend Lead availability: Saturday 12:00pm- Sunday 10:00pm 34 hours every weekend. Compensation: $19.50 per hour. In this roll you will be making a difference by: Serving individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, and high or low medical needs. Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities Assisting with personal cares as needed Administering medications Cooking meals and help with cleaning Transporting to appointments and community events using personal vehicle To be considered for this role you must: Be at least 18 years old Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Possess strong English communication skills Be able to pass a Department of Human criminal background check All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
