RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver top-notch assistance to individual clients. - Provide daily living and personal care services in accordance with established care plans. - Perform light housekeeping duties. - Occasionally transport and accompany patients to outings, errands, and doctor appointments. - Assist clients with personal care activities. - Offer companionship and basic emotional support.
