About Us: Founded in 2004 by Dr. Cassandra Woods-Peirce (Dr. Cassie), Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is dedicated to empowering families to help their children achieve their full potential through a holistic and comprehensive therapeutic approach.Located in Ventura and Newbury Park, CA, CTN is a fast-paced pediatric therapy center committed to maintaining a supportive "family-first" environment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care that impacts the lives of over 500 families annually.The families we serve are seeking appointments on weekends or after school. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, you will deliver quality therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective support strategies. Expectations: Achieve 95% positive customer satisfaction. Meet 80% of proposed goals upon re-evaluation. Fulfill 100% of billable hours per employment agreement. Maintain high punctuality and completion rates for documentation. Required Qualifications: Active occupational therapy license. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred. Preferred Traits: Enthusiastic and team-oriented. Solution-driven with a compassionate approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
