Responsibilities/Duties Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Must be able to drive the forklift and order picker Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Requirements Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor Effective supervisory skills and techniques. Strong Leadership skills Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency Experience with distribution and logistics Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication skills Time management skills Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Compensation: Up to $25/hr. (Pay rate will commensurate with experience) Schedule : 2 nd shift 1PM to 9PM Monday through Friday Location : Somerset, NJ 08873 Powered by JazzHR
