Summary As a B2B Fulfillment Supervisor at ShipCalm, you will play a pivotal role as the lead floor person responsible for the execution of our Business-to-Business fulfillment team. This role supervises a team of up to ten (10) people who pick, pack, and ship large orders. This position reports to the Warehouse General Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Direct, assign, and supervise Fulfillment Associates in their daily tasks including picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure employees adhere to company standards (SOPs) for picking, packing, and shipping. Resolve exceptions and errors. Understand, organize, prioritize, and assign tasks to employees. Support and respond to the questions and concerns of the Operations and Customer Success teams. Communicate and collaborate with the Warehouse General Manager and supervisory team for daily execution strategy, resource allocation, and material demands. Report to work in a regular and timely manner. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience level: Previous supervisory experience in a logistics or fulfillment environment, required. Education level: High school diploma; college degree in business, logistics, or similar is preferred. Knowledge of shipping processes and procedures. Strong problem solving abilities. Proficient with shipping software, databases, and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks in a manner that enables timely completion. Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands Working in a seated or standing position up to and exceeding eight (8) hours per day. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Bending, leaning, kneeling, squatting, and/or twisting to grasp and move items. Using a calculator, mouse, and keyboard. Viewing computer screens. Schedule and Location Schedule: This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday-Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, subject to change by business demands. Location: This position is located at 8377 Camby Road #194, Plainfield, IN 46168.
