Distinctivs Party is looking for a part-time Warehouse Coordinator at our newest location in Arden Hills. MN. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to set your own schedule, but it is in-person only. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and overseeing warehouse activities. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with warehouse operations. We ae not seeking a forklift operator. ___ Job Responsibilities: Product Review and System Management: Review, unload and receive all items, products, and materials into the system in coordination with the Operations Coordinator. Ensure all delivered products are accurately processed in the inventory system. You do not have to be in person to receive or send out products as the warehouse shipping team will meet trucks daily. Coordination with Independent Contractors: Coordinate and oversee the work of Independent Contractors who assemble products remotely. Schedule and manage pick-up and drop-off times for product assembly. Shipping and Fulfillment Preparation: Organize and input product data into the system to prepare boxes and pallets for timely shipment to the fulfillment center. Coordinate outbound shipments by placing them in the loading docks for the warehouse shipping team to handle. Operate basic pallet jack safely to move materials around the warehouse. Inventory Management: Maintain organized placement of inventory and conduct accurate counts of all products within the inventory system. Work with the Operations Coordinator to ensure necessary supplies, such as boxes and tape, are available. Product Assembly: Assemble products as needed to support the production workflow. Requirements: Physical job with the ability to handle up to 50 pounds Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Experience in packaging methods that meet shipping requirements Experience with inventory management systems preferred Solid computer skills for data entry ___ Location: You will be working from a co-warehouse facility that is climate controlled.
