Under the direction of the Sr. Vice President of Family Center Operations, the VP of District Operations leads the overall operation of a district, including direct oversight for the home center. Supervises Executive Directors within the group in all key areas of responsibility and ensures the overall effectiveness with which the Y in Central Maryland accomplishes its goals and objectives within the communities served by the group. Demonstrates Y core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility at all times. Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, human services or equivalent. Experience Minimum seven years' experience managing a Y center or the equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
