Develop short and long-term sales and marketing goals that align with the company’s objective.2. Establish and approve policies to establish clear guidelines and standards that guide the actions and decisions of the sales and marketing team.3. Execute and approve strategic sales plans and marketing campaigns to meet and exceed revenue targets.4. Deploy departments and determine senior staff positions to improve efficiency and achieve the company’s goals.5. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue generation.6. Select, lead, and review performance of sales and marketing managers to foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous growth.7. Collaborate with different developments and teams to ensure alignment between sales/ marketing strategies and product/service offerings.8. Represent the company to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Over three years’ experience in sales or marketing managerial roles. 3.
