Job Details:Our client is looking to add a skilled VP of Financial Due Diligence to its growing team; our client is a boutique Investment Bank with locations in Cleveland, OH, Irvine, CA, Grand Rapids, MI, and Plano, TX. As our client's platform grows, they are looking to build out a specialized Financial Due Diligence team as a part of its greater Financial Advisory team. Our client offers competitive benefits, a great platform to grow professionally, and the ability to lead a team.Responsibilities: Execute Financial Due Diligence projects as part of our client's greater Financial Advisory Team. Serve as a client-facing lead, maintaining client relations. Monitor the status of active due diligence projects, tracking from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and client commitments are met. Serve as subject matter expert for the due diligence team through training, guidance, and technical support. Analyze target company data for working capital considerations and potential liabilities and risks that impact valuation. Develop quality of earnings analysis through the assessment of the quality and sustainability of the target company's reported adjusted earnings. Identify key risks, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the client's investment strategy. Prepare client deliverables, including all aspects of due diligence.Criteria: Prior experience with Financial Due Diligence is a must. 7+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, or Audit. Insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not required. Proven leadership experience. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree or CPA is a plus. Open to travel: up to 20% of the time.Compensation:Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000Discretionary Bonus: 10% - 30% #J-18808-Ljbffr
