The VMI Route Sales Specialist helps the Company achieve their core value of being Customer Focused by running the Vendor Managed Inventory Program within their defined territory. This includes making sales calls on existing customers and securing new customers. Our warehouse is located in Franksville, WI and the territory is Western WI and IA.Route Sales Job Duties: Makes sales calls in your territory, maintaining existing customers and earn the business of new customers in your territory. Review inventory needs of customers utilizing our management of their inventory on hand and deliver and restock as needed. Utilize and input information about such customers into the company's sales software system. When not driving the route you will assist with shipping and receiving in the warehouse. Other duties and tasks as assigned. This position pays base plus earned commissions and bonuses.We offer health, dental and vision insurance and 401k with a company match. Paid vacation and holidays.Education: Associates from an accredited college or university preferred.Experience: 3 year(s) preferred in Sales.Physical EffortLift/Carrying Frequency Distance Activity1.1 - 10 lbs.
