Required Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role. * Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). * Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation. * Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work on various projects with changing priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities * Video Production: * Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, events, interviews, and documentaries. * Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure optimal recording conditions. * Plan and storyboard video projects in collaboration with the creative team. * Editing and Post-Production: * Edit raw footage into polished final products using video editing software. * Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content. * Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand's style and standards. * Project Management: * Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. * Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. * Technical Support: * Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment. * Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality. * Collaboration: * Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to create cohesive multimedia content. * Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions. * Additional Responsibilities: * Archive and organize video files for easy retrieval and future use. * Perform other duties as assigned.IND 005-009Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
