A company is looking for a VP of Operations to lead scalability and excellence in product and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive operational excellence in clinical and diagnostic service offerings to enhance member retention and health outcomes Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for clinical operations Oversee hiring, staffing models, and performance cycles within the clinical organization to support growth and efficiency Required Qualifications At least 15 years of experience in multi-site healthcare, clinical, and business operations A minimum of 8 years in a clinical operations capacity Proven track record of driving change and clinical outcomes through data-driven insights Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Looker Experience in scale-up healthtech environments is a plus
