A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success. Key Responsibilities Lead the Customer Success team and manage customer relationships to drive adoption and value realization Coach and mentor team members while establishing a culture of accountability between the team and customers Channel product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams through customer advocacy programs Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles Experience in highly acquisitive companies with annual revenues between $500M and $1B Proven track record in leading Customer Success teams focused on renewals and gross retention targets Experience in navigating complex customer organizational structures Familiarity with Salesforce and legal and sales operations business processes
