Key Responsibilities Design and implement commercial operations strategies for sales, marketing, and market access teams Oversee sales operations, including territory alignment, quota setting, and performance tracking Drive commercial analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 15+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry At least 7 years in a leadership position Proven track record of supporting product launches and commercialization efforts Experience developing and managing incentive compensation plans
