A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Service & Channel Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead client service and media teams to support enterprise relationships and self-service offerings Develop and implement innovative client service strategies to enhance customer experience and drive growth Manage strategic partnerships and maintain senior-level relationships with agency partners and brand clients Required Qualifications 10+ years of holistic media experience, including 7 years in digital media and 5 years in people leadership Proven ability to coach and develop talent within a team Strong background in building client relationships and achieving revenue growth Solid understanding of programmatic and digital media, including various channels Experience with revenue responsibility and P&L management
