Vault/Credit Assistant Anaheim Credit has a great opportunity to join our team. The right candidate will possess excellent customer service skills along the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have the following: Be familiar w/Excel & Word Be a quick learner Have great math and analytical skills Great interaction with customers Job responsibilities include: Answering and assisting customers and employees with credit functions. Cash posting Handling credit administration paperwork Processing Credit Applications for Approval Assist the vault Ordering and tracking of office supplies for Anaheim and HQ Accounting A/R reporting Process payments through our Qcheck system This position is fulltime & hours are 8:am-5:00pm.
