A company is looking for a Variable Universal Life Insurance Operations Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage customer experience by building relationships with financial professionals and policyholders Handle and process simple to complex service requests related to Variable Universal Life products Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 5-7 years of customer service experience required Experience with individual life insurance or annuity products required FINRA Series 6 license required within 180 days of employment
