A company is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and usability testing Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user insights into actionable recommendations Plan and execute complex research projects independently from recruitment to reporting and presentation Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a related field Portfolio of work representing research that influenced insights or experiences Experience with research tools such as Maze, Heap, or SurveyMonkey Familiarity with JTBD and User Persona frameworks Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
