A company is looking for a Utilization Management Clinical Supervisor to manage and support a remote team overseeing healthcare service authorizations. Key Responsibilities Oversee Prior Authorizations and Retrospective Reviews to ensure appropriate member care Monitor team performance, conduct audits, and provide coaching for professional development Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain compliance with regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required Dental Assistant certificate or 2 years of chairside assisting experience Experience in a leadership or management role is required Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work Ability to work overtime as needed
