Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for User Design Specialist Position type: Contract (W2) Location: Phoenix AZ, Charlotte NC or Des Moines IA ( Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote) Duration: 9+ months Job Description: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design such as content design programs design research and strategy or product design. Review basic or tactical issues policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function policies procedures and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in experience design.Required Qualifications: 6 months of experience design content design programs design research and strategy or product design experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
