Seeking a--Urology--physician for locum coverage in Northern--CA.-- Job Quick Facts --* Specialty: Urology --* Location: CA (270 miles northwest of Sacramento,CA) --* License Requirement: CA with Fluoroscopy and ACLS certificate --* Board Requirement: BE/BC (If not BC, w/in 3 years of residency) --* Reason for Opening: Supplemental --* Coverage Type: Schedule Clinical Hours + Call --* Coverage Period: Sep 16, 2019 - Ongoing --> Sep 16-23, then 7-10 days per month October ongoing --* Shift Schedule: --> Mon & Thu, 7:30 am - 5 pm (Hospital) --> Tue, Wed, & Fri, 8 am - 5 pm (Clinic) --* Call Schedule: 7-10 days per month including weekends --* Call Type: Beeper --* Ave. no. of patients per physician per day: 18 (Scheduled) --*--Ave. no. of hospital-based surgeries expected per week: 3-6 per surgery day based, days may vary --*--Ave. no. of office/clinic surgeries expected per week: 8-10 cystoscopy & TRUS --* Percentage of the practice:--Adult-98%,--Pediatric-2% --* No. of Urologists in group: 2 --* Lab onsite: Yes --* No. of exam rooms: 6 (3 exam, 3 procedure) --* Ancillary staff: 1 LVN, 3 MA's, 5 administrative office staff, 1 manager --* EMR: Allscripts (Office/clinic) and Meditech (Hospital) --* Hospital privileges required: Yes --* Time needed to obtain privileges: 45 days --* Area/Procedure: General urology - Adult; Advance endoscopic techniques; Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy; Ureteroscopy; Radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit; Radical prostatectomy; Nephrectomy; Prostatedtomy; Renal and bladder u/s; w/ biopsy; TRUS biopsies; Fertility work-up; Incontinence procedures Benefits of working with Adelphi Medical Staffing-- * Paid malpractice insurance-- * Pre-paid accommodations and travel-- * Competitive compensation-- * 24/7 access to your Adelphi Medical Staffing consultant
