(PCS) is seeking compassionate, patient, and caring Day Program Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities at our Newbury Park location. As a Day Program Associate, you will play a vital role in providing a positive and engaging experience for our participants. About Us: People Creating Success, Inc. is a leading provider of Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, and Day Services for adults with developmental disabilities. With headquarters in Ventura County, we serve individuals throughout California and are known for our commitment to excellence and compassion. Variety of Opportunities Available: Part-time and full-time positions Paid internships for those looking to gain experience and build their skills Our Innovative Day Program: At our E3 Wellness Center, we take a unique approach to addressing behavioral challenges by focusing on health and wellness. Our curriculum includes: Health education Healthy eating habits Low-to-high intensity exercise classes taught by certified personal trainers Yoga classes with certified instructors Community outings using company vans and public transportation Cooking classes emphasizing nutrition and healthy eating habits Personalized curriculum tailored to individual goals, including academics, socialization, focus groups, and more Personal Trainer Certification Opportunity: We will pay for your certification as a personal trainer if you're interested in pursuing this rewarding career path!
