Academic Urgent Care Physician All Ranks, Non-Tenure Track Job Details The Emergency Medicine Department within the University of Missouri (MU) School of Medicine is seeking faculty physicians for Mizzou Urgent Care Clinics. We have added a new clinic location and are growing in volume across all clinic sites. We welcome your application to join our team. Job Details: Type of position: 100% clinical, unless otherwise requested Full-time preferred Part-time paid a per diem Number of positions available: 2-3 Division of Urgent Care Team: 4.5 Providers Always at least 1 RN per clinic, per shift At least 1 CMA or LPN per clinic, per shift Clinic Locations: 3 2 in Columbia, MO 1 in Boonville, MO Clinic Volume: On average, our providers see about 2 – 2.5 patients per hour Schedule: 12, 12-hour shifts per month Clinic Hours: 8a – 8p, 7 days per week Compensation Structure: Base + Incentive Hiring incentives available Required Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited (ACGME or ACGME-i) institution BC/BE in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Must be able to see patients of all ages Maintain a DEA and BNDD Missouri licensure For the purposes of this application, board-certified/board-eligible are considered experienced.
