Job Summary: The PARC Hall Unit coordinator provides basic patient care and helps coordinate needs of the nursing unit under the direction of the supervising RN including answering phones, answering call lights, helping with errands on/off the unit, maintains medical charts, assists with patient admissions and dismissals and other duties as assigned. For more specifics on job duties and responsibilities, see job description. Full-time, 72 hours per pay period. Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills: High school diploma or GED Ability to obtain Iowa State CNA License within 6 months Requires BLS certification Prior healthcare experience preferred Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills a must Basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of quality patient care Must be extremely detail-oriented, high level of time management skills, team player and able to adapt quickly to changing environment Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Position involves operation of a vehicle to transport residents and/ or associates, must maintain a valid drivers license Job Posted by ApplicantPro
