Onboarding Process: Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen. Position Summary:Under minimal supervision, performs basic diagnostic ultrasound procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Exercises professional judgment in providing health care services, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. May be multi-credentialed in sonography. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.Produces high quality diagnostic sonographs as prescribed by a licensed practitioner; assists with amnio procedure biopsies; processes and files films as needed Qualifications:Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic SonographyPreferred: Associate degreePreferred: 1-3 years Certifications:Required: Must be registered with ARDMS or ARRT within 24 months of graduation (12 months of hire).
