Senior Associate – Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation (NYC Hybrid) Salary Range: $390k to $435k + Bonus We are seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of legal experience to join our Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a broad background in estate planning, tax, real estate, disputes, investments, and succession planning. This role will involve managing sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Draft Wills, Trusts, and related estate planning documents Advise Executors and Trustees on the administration of complex international and domestic estates and trusts Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns, as well as tax-exemption applications Counsel clients on trust structures and private client tax matters Provide litigation support in estate and trust-related disputes Collaborate with clients and their advisors to achieve their wealth preservation and planning objectives Required Skills and Attributes: Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Strong oral communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrates sound judgment and attention to detail Outstanding organizational skills to handle complex matters Technical Requirements: 6-8 years of experience in a law firm setting Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing (New Jersey license a plus) Powered by JazzHR
