Offit Kurman is a growing full-service firm serving the private client market. We are currently seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our Estates and Trusts group in our Bethesda office. Required: Four or more years of experience practicing trusts and estates law. Proven client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings. Licensed to practice law in Maryland Preferred: Proficiency in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, with exposure to those incorporating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts. Experience catering to the planning needs of high-net-worth clients. Experience in administering probate estates. Travel to the Bethesda office will be needed. However, we can consider a hybrid schedule.
