If you have experience in estate planning, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with good negotiation and organizing skills who can work full time. As our estate planning attorney, you will draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families. To ensure that an estate's management is handled in accordance with the wishes of the estate owner, this position requires a significant level of responsibility. The applicant we are looking for must have extensive knowledge of estate planning. If this sounds like you, please apply! Responsibilities: --- Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action --- Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets --- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed --- Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options --- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Qualifications: --- Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) --- Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high --- Bachelor's degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required --- Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years --- Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation About Company: Victorium Legal, Inc. specializes in estate planning and administration for business owners and Trust, Employment and Real Estate Litigation matters.
