Certification Details Required Certifications: RRT/CRT, NRP Job Details Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Job Requirements Required Certifications: RRT/CRT, NRP Years of Experience: 2 years NICU experience Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years NICU experience, NRP Preferred Skillset/Experience: High Risk Delivery & Intubation experience Schedule Information Shift: Nights Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Every 3rd Weekend Call Requirements: none Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 24 Patient Ratios: At minimum 1 RT assigned each shift to NICU Equipment: Hamilton G5, Jet Ventilator, Nitric Oxide, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Vapotherm EMR: Epic Type of Patients on Unit: Level III NICU Float Requirements: May need to cover Pediatrics or assist with general floor treatments if low census in NICU Additional Details Personality Fit: Easy-going attitude, able to adhere to policy and protocols Any unacceptable attire: [specifics removed for privacy]
