Certification Details Must have: ARRT Licensure in RT State license required Please include required certs Job Details The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Job Requirements Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: ARRT Licensure in RT, State license Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Schedule Information Shift times: Variable 2nd shifts (3 p - 11:30p) Call Requirements: NO Weekends: every other weekend Unit Specific Information Unit Information: Radiology Number of Beds - Number of Staff - 15 technologists Type of staff: Day Shift - Night Shift Patient Ratios - 31% inpatient, 29% outpatient, 40% ED patient Type of equipment: GE and Konica Rooms, GE and Carestream mobile, Siemens and Philips Fluoro EMR: EPIC List typical procedures performed on unit(s) Best personality Fit Additional Details Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Charcoal gray Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. It is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
