Free-standing Outpatient Clinic seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 11/4. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, and 36 hours are guaranteed per week. Candidates preferably have 2+ years' experience to be considered. Must have an Indiana state license.
