Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Eureka, California.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: TravelJob Opportunities Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hours per week,--1 Weekend Shift Per Contract, No Call Length: 13-26 weeks Requirements: CA License 1 year--of Skilled Home Health Experience BCLS Home Health PT--- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)- Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract- Certs REQ: BCLS- Skills REQ:- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No- Open to accommodating block schedule? No- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week (per contract)!
