Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only, RQI acceptable) BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA only, RQI acceptable) PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Job Details Position / Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Cardiology Hours: 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) w/ Rotating Day Off - or - 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm) Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: 1 yr First timers accepted: Yes Is on-call REQ? Yes Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek Job Requirements 1 year of experience required BLS certification required Indiana State License must be in hand prior to start Must work 2/3 major holidays Schedule Information 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) with Rotating Day Off or 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm) On-call requirement: Yes Guaranteed Hours: Varies by shift length, ranging from 36 to 48 hours per workweek Unit Specific Information Unit Information: Cardiac ICU/PCU experience considered Special Requirements: Echocardiogram experience, Cardioversion experience, Nuclear Medicine Stress Test (Lexiscan) experience Exercise Echocardiogram Dobutamine Exercise Echocardiogram Transesophageal Echocardiogram Nuclear Medicine Stress Test (Lexiscan) Cardiac Testing and/or TEE experience Additional Details Valid Driver's License or Passport required 1/3 major holidays work requirement Parking Cost: Free
