Certification Details Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certifications: BLS Job Details Specialty: RN Travel employment type Job Requirements Telemetry experience Knowledge of chest tubes Dysthymia training Procedures performed on unit: Chest tube insertions, Bedside Paracentesis and Thoracentesis Schedule Information Scheduling requirements: every other weekend Floating policy: Agency floats first (may float to Ortho/Med-Surg) Unit Specific Information Unit Name: Telemetry Number of Beds: 36 Patient Ratios: 4:1 with cath recovery, 6:1 max ratio (At times may be stretched to 7:1) Unit staffing description: PCTS on day and night shift. Unit Clerks on day shift Type of equipment: Remote Telemetry monitors, Alaris pumps Documentation system: Meditech Additional Details Patient Experience requirements: Strive for 75% patient satisfaction rate Dress Code: Any scrubs except camo
