Certification Details CA license BLS - Basic Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure CHEMO - Chemotherapy TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course Tech Cert Verification - National Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing State License - Copy of Professional License State License 1 Verification Job Details *DON'T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE PEDS EXPERIENCE. Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Childrens facility. *Cardiac experience required No Thanksgiving or Christmas RTO allowed. Must work 2 out of 3 holidays. Job Requirements CA license Cardiac experience 2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year) Willing to float between units (CVPICU & NICU) BLS PALS Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG. Flu shot Schedule Information Shift: 3x12 variable - must be flexible to work days or nights Ratio: 1:1-2 Unit Specific Information Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Additional Details Valid photo ID is required. Traveler must present on their first day. Attendance on the first day with required documents (Driver's license or valid photo ID, Professional license hard copy, All certifications needed for the position) Orientation Information sent out before start date.
