Travel Nurse RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - COVID19 - $2,195 per week

Certification Details CA License BLS - Basic Life Support: AHA Healthcare Provider only PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: AHA - Must have a copy of the front and signed back ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Preferred, not required for just ER placements NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure: AHA or AAP only CHEMO - Chemotherapy: Chemo Certified APHON required for Hemotology/Oncology TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course: Preferred but not required for ER and Peds ER Various certifications for different tech positions Job Details CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL POSITION - PEDS CARDIAC ICU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested Traveler must be willing to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including ED Will care for all age ranges and levels of acuity Experience with ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG Patient Population: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery, trauma, hem onc, DKA if PH or altered consciousness Job Requirements CA License First to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including ED Will care for all age ranges and levels of acuity BLS PALS 2 full recent years of Pediatric CARDIAC ICU experience Schedule Information 3x12 variable or straight night shifts 4-5 weekend shifts Sat-Sun on day shift and then 5-6 shifts of Fri-Sat nights Traveler gets off one full weekend every 4-week schedule 13-week contracts Requested Time Off: Max 6 days (Must still get 3 shifts in per week) Must work 2 out of the 3 holidays Unit Specific Information CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL POSITIONS Additional Details Valid photo ID is required. Must have front and back copies. Traveler must present on their first day.
