Certification Details ACLS - Instructor cards are NOT acceptable - must have provider card on file. BLS - Travelers can renew BLS onsite at Mary Washington. PALS - Required for ED, Peds and Mother-baby. NRP - Required for L&D, Mother-baby, Peds, NICU, and NICU RRT's. TNCC - Required for ER. Traveler will have 1 year after start to complete. Job Details SDU RN Start date: ASAP Must have Neuro Exp Please specify if they have had Epic in the last 6 months or not so manager can assign training. Ratios: 1:4-5 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every third Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? At manager's discretion Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: At manager's discretion Guaranteed Hours: See billing rules Job Requirements ACLS BLS NIHSS (Blue Cloud) 1 yr exp Special Requirements/Skills: Surgical Trauma, Chest Tubes, Cardiac Drips Titration, Telemetry, BiPAP & Hi Flow O2 experience. MUST HAVE STRONG NEURO SKILLS. Patient Diagnoses: POD 1 craniotomy, neurosurgeries, Abdominal surgeries, Whipples, continuous BiPap, HFNC, chronic mechanical ventilation, insulin gtt, arrhythmia management, trauma patients, sepsis, stroke rapid response transfers, complex medical requiring a higher level of care. Schedule Information Shift Details: Ratios: 1:4-5 Weekend REQ: Every third RTO Restrictions: At manager's discretion Guaranteed Hours: See billing rules Unit Specific Information Patient Diagnoses include: POD 1 craniotomy, neurosurgeries, Abdominal surgeries, Whipples, continuous BiPap, HFNC, chronic mechanical ventilation, insulin gtt, arrhythmia management, trauma patients, sepsis, stroke rapid response transfers, complex medical requiring a higher level of care.
