Certification Details Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) Job Details Effective Immediately, You MUST include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. We cannot consider your candidate for consideration without this license uploaded with traveler profile. BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after Job Requirements 2 years current OR experience Scrub experience preferred. Those RN's with circulate and scrub experience will receive first consideration General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred Schedule Information SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (10/12HR SHIFTS) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT WORK 8HR SHIFTS 8hrs non-billable orientation Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25% Unit Specific Information Unit Size: 8 beds Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs Additional Details Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
